Refund Policy

At our medspa, we do provide refunds under clear and fair conditions. Our goal is to ensure every client feels confident, protected, and well-taken care of.

1. Refunds Before Treatment Begins

Clients may request a refund before any service has been rendered. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Refunds for Unused Packages

If a service package has been purchased but no sessions have been used, clients may request:

  • A full refund
  • A service exchange
  • Store credit

3. Partial Refunds for Unused Sessions

If a package has been started, but some sessions remain unused, clients may receive a prorated refund based on the regular single-session rate for services already completed.

4. Medical Refunds

If a client becomes medically unable to continue treatment, a refund or prorated refund may be offered with written documentation from a licensed medical provider.

Clients may also choose to receive store credit or transfer their balance to another service.

5. Product Refunds

  • Unopened, unused skincare products may be returned within 7 days for a refund.
  • Opened or used products are final sale.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Services already completed
  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments
  • Dissatisfaction with treatment results (as outcomes vary)
